For the treatment to work effectively, we require at least two hours of dry weather so the product can properly bond to the exterior walls of your home and provide full protection. If it happens to rain on the scheduled day, our team will contact you to arrange a new appointment. In some situations, we may still complete the internal treatment and return later to finish the exterior once the weather improves.

If you have a fish tank in your home, please cover it with a towel and switch off the filter before the treatment begins. Birds in cages, dogs and cats should be moved outside. Make sure all pet food and water bowls are put away.
